I'm located in Hong Kong, can I opt for self pick-up instead of delivery?

You can opt for self pick-up at any of our participating rock climbing gyms:

Campus, Mizu, Camp Four, Verm City, N Bouldering

How much is my shipping costs and delivery timeline?

Shipping costs are depending on your order volume and locations.

Your order will ship from our warehouse in 1 business day. Once your order leaves our warehouse, how long it takes to deliver depends on your shipping method and locations.

If you’ve ordered a personalized item, it will take a bit longer to deliver.

Our warehouse team takes a much deserved break on weekends and federal holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.

Do you ship to P.O. boxs?

Sorry, we are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box address.

Payment

What payments do you accept?

We currently accept any major credit cards online, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Is it possible I do other forms of payment?

We also accept payments through fps, bank transfers, and HSBC Payme.

Do I have to pay tax and duties

All prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties applied in countries. As recipients, you shall liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly, and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Can I return my product?

What's our return and exchange policy?

If you decide that your new product isn’t for you, you can return or exchange it any time within 14 days of your purchase. Please contact us at here to verify if your products and condition are applicable.

Keep in mind that we do not offer refunds for shipping fees, so if you originally selected expedited shipping for your order, you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return.
